Glass Structure
Single-pane size: up to 3300mm x 6000mm
Thickness range: 4mm – 19mm
Features
Safety:
When broken, toughened glass shatters into small, blunt-edged fragments (for 4–12mm thickness, ≥40 pieces), significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Impact Resistance:
Its impact strength is 3–5 times higher than ordinary glass, and its flexural strength is 4–5 times higher, making it highly resistant to accidental impacts.
Thermal Stability:
Can withstand temperature differences up to 200℃ (e.g., direct sunlight exposure or sudden cooling), providing excellent resistance to thermal stress. Note: Not suitable for direct fire-resistant applications.
Processing Limitations:
All cutting, drilling, or edge work must be completed before tempering; the finished product cannot be re-processed.
Applications
Residential: Doors, windows, shower screens
Commercial: Mall display windows, office building curtain walls
Other: Furniture countertops, elevator interiors
Parameter
